Our dehydrated kimchi doesn't have to be refrigerated and is great for hiking, biking, car travel, to have by the computer while working, as well as lots of other uses!
It can be eaten as a snack, you can add a couple flakes to a cup of warm water and let it steep to make a savory healthy tea, add to a bone broth or a bland soup to jazz it up, chop it up and use it on ramen noodles, a salad, or mixed with a mayo or sour cream, etc.
It comes in 30-gram containers and is roughly the equivalent of one of our 500ml jars in a dried form. The dehydrated uses all the same ingredients as is in the jars too.... nothing added and nothing taken away!!
