This is a strictly high grown, Fair Trade Organic certified, washed coffee from Honduras.
It is grown on farms on the Botigia ridge, a mountainous area in the Municipality of San Marcos de Colon. This was the first place in the country to produce coffee and its altitude is between 1200-1600 m.
It has subtle notes of chocolate, toffee, and yellow plum. You are sure to love this cup of coffee. It is roasted medium to bring out the toffee flavour.
