Use bitters to draw out or bind the flavour of your drink together.
Citrus has notes of lemon, lime and tangerine. It is an alternative to the classic Angostura bitter and is our most universal bitter. It pairs well with most cocktails.
Baking spice bitters contain notes of cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and vanilla. Recommended pairing is in the old fashioned or with dark spirits or in sangrias.
Lavender bitters are excellent in sours as they pull out the inherent sweetness of the citrus. They also pair well with gins or more botanical spirits.
Manitoba Aromatic bitters are made using flavours found in Manitoba including rhubarb, sea buckthorn birch bark, dandelion root and milk thistle. More earthy and fruity than bitter, this pair well with dark rum, tiki drinks and sangrias.
